How do I calculate the Shipping expenses?
Orders for Greece : There is no charge for shipping expenses.
Orders from European Union : For orders above €400, there is no charge. For orders of lower value the shipping charge is € 20.
Orders out of EU : For orders above €400, there is no charge. For orders of lower value the shipping charge is € 35,00.
All orders outside EU are subject to custom expenses, duty and local tax, that are to be paid by the receiver. Τα έξοδα αυτά επιβαρύνουν τον παραλήπτη. Η χρέωση υπολογίζεται διαφορετικά για κάθε χώρα, σύμφωνα με τους εκάστοτε φόρους.

How do I know that my order is placed?
Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order. You will receive a second e-mail once the order has been shipped, with all the shipping details and the estimated delivery date.

What is the delivery time?
Order are shipped within 15 working days.
During delivery, please check that, goods and packing are in perfect condition.
How do I make a return?
You have the right to ask for a “return” within fourteen days (14days) from the delivery date. To make a return please send an e-mail to sales@maramenos-pateras.com and the “return” form will be sent to you. Please pack the item to its original packing and arrange a secure delivery with a registration to assure that items are not lost or damaged as the damage costs occurring during the transit to M&P will be incurred by the customer. All return costs need to be covered by the customer.
Once the item is received by M&P, a refund will be made within 30 days.
Can I exchange an item purchased from the online store?
Yes you can exchange an item within 30 days from delivery date.
The process is the same as the return.
Please note that items purchased online can also be exchanged at our main store (2, Stadiou & Voukourestiou str., Athens)
